Concerning your request, please find attached the offline forms for collecting data on 8.3 – HIV expenditures by source.

The offline version of cover page and the matrix are attached in English. It is recommended to  take prints in A3 format for each year of expenditures to be reported.

 

As you may be aware, the country can report on 8.3 for the latest available data from  the last 5 years.

 

The purpose of these offline forms is help in the process of data collection.

Kindly note that the reporting of 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 must take place through the online reporting tool.
