Wednesday, September 30th at 7AM Pacific Time/10AM Washington Time/6PM Tbilisi Time

Thursday, October 8th at 7AM Pacific Time/10AM Washington Time/6PM Tbilisi Time

უნდა ავირჩიოთ დრო.

ჩემთვის ორივე მისაღებია.

Hi Nino,

I hope you are well. I am out on leave this week, but I wanted to let you know that my colleagues at the Department of Commerce have been speaking to a 3D printing company based in the state of Arizona about the housing project in Georgia that we have discussed.

The company, Armatron Systems, has read the background you provided and is interested in learning more details about the pilot project. Therefore, we would like to schedule an initial meet & greet phone call on Microsoft Teams with you and the representatives of Armatron. We would also be on the call.

The times they have proposed for a call are:

Wednesday, September 30th at 7AM Pacific Time/10AM Washington Time/6PM Tbilisi Time

Thursday, October 8th at 7AM Pacific Time/10AM Washington Time/6PM Tbilisi Time

Below, you will see a forwarded message from Armatron in response to the initial proposal. You will also see more information about the company in the PDF attachment. Please let me know what time would work best for you.

Thank you for your interest in Armatron Systems, and as per your request, please see some introductory information regarding a proposal for Armatron Systems to participate in the Georgia Project.

Please note Armatron Systems’ innovative and patented (and additional patent pending) technology offers both quick solutions to the current global need for housing, as well as long-term oriented strategies, such as those required for the success of the USAID and Ministry’s ’10-year affordable housing strategy and action plan’.

In our cursory review of the ‘Housing Support Government Programs’ in Georgia, it is important to note that Armatron Systems’ technology not only provides the leading patented Construction Printing Systems for high speed, energy efficient, and sustainable ‘Construction of New Residential Buildings’ and ‘Construction of Private Homes’, the technology further provides fast, cost effective and sustainable construction solutions including a wide variety of refurbishing, retrofitting and many other infrastructural construction improvements in these and other global construction projects.

In summary, any structure which can be engineered, Armatron Systems’ technology can construct; ranging from simple low-income houses, water tanks, and disaster relief structures to highly complex structures.

Following the patent issuance of our extensive intellectual property defining the next paradigm of Full-Scale 3D Construction Printing technology, Armatron Systems is recently at the phase of participating in global pilot projects to showcase the advantages of our technology through the licensing of our patented and patent pending innovative construction technology globally, to then be followed by larger scale long term projects.

Please see Armatron’s video linked below and the attached Introductory Presentation Deck to clarify some of the distinct advantages of Armatron Systems, including our corporate traction and intellectual property positioning.

As a company, we are excited about the potential participation within the Georgia Business Climate to introduce the next phase of global 3D Construction Printing to the world.

Regarding our preferred timeline of participation, please note we are currently in negotiations for fundraising (minimum of $10 million USD) to manufacture our initial prototype printing system (construction tool) to construct a full-scale reinforced concrete structure that will showcase some of the many significant advantages of our technology, including significant time and cost savings, and sustainability.

We anticipate we will initiate construction in a pilot project, such as the Georgia project, within 6 months from receipt of funds. Please note we have not yet committing to one of our funding offers.

Note there are many available and efficient avenues for Armatron to participate in the Georgia Pilot project, and we prefer to train personnel, and license the use of our construction printing systems to maintain quality control.

In essence a combination of your pre-defined preferred cooperation avenues of (1) technology transfer and/or (2) import & construction.

To more accurately define and propose means of cooperation, we look forward to receiving more specifics regarding your needs and timelines.

Please let us know any questions or comments you may have, and we look forward to your response, and our upcoming conference call.

Thank you once again for your interest in Armatron Systems, and looking forward to the future of construction technology resolving the global challenge of homelessness.

Best Regards,
