1.      NGAS 18060/01 პოლისი ორჯერ იყო დარეგისტრირებული სისტემაში და ერთ პოლისზე გაუქმების თარიღი ნაცვლად 31/08/2018 დასაკორექტირებელია 01/04/2018-ზე.

2.      12001040475 ინგა ქათამაძის პოლისი გაუქმდა დაზღვევის დაწყებამდე და გაუქმების თარიღი დასაკორექტირებელია 14/08/2018-ით.
