We have just completed the round of interviews with HR managers in the priority ministries of our project. Let me thank you once again for the time you dedicated to us.

Now I am coming back to some of you with a few specific questions on the data provided, to complete the analysis. In your case, I have only the following requests:

1) Could you please clarify which is the total number of staff currently employed in the HRM Division, and the distribution of such staff by Rank? (Section II of the questionnaire, question no. 1) 

2) Could you please provide the number of current job positions in the HRM Division, and the distribution of such positions by Rank? (Section II of the questionnaire, question no. 2)

3) In the Section V of the questionnaire, question no. 1, you answer that there were 29 vacancies offered for open competition in 2019. Given that there has been some confusion concerning this question in other ministries, i would appreciate confirmation from you that 29 is the number of vacancies, and not the number of open competitions organised along 2019 (one same vacancy may have been offered for open competition more than once, in case of unsuccessful selection).

Concerning the needs and priorities for support from our project discussed in our interview, including.:

- Completion of the current activity on TNA and training plan 2020 - 2021

- Support to organise some of the training activities included in the training plan 2020-2021

- Support to motivate and engage the Ministry's staff
