ჩვენ ახლახან დავასრულეთ ინტერვიუების რაუნდი HR მენეჯერებთან ჩვენი პროექტის პრიორიტეტულ სამინისტროებში. მადლობას გიხდით კიდევ ერთხელ იმ დროისთვის, რომელიც ჩვენ დაგვითმეთ.

ახლა კი, ანალიზის დასასრულებლად, ვუბრუნდები ზოგიერთ თქვენგანს რამდენიმე სპეციფიკური კითხვით თქვენ მიერ მოწოდებულ მონაცემებთან დაკავშირებით. თქვენთან მხოლოდ შემდეგი თხოვნები მექნება:

1) თუ შეიძლება რომ დააზუსტოთ ადამიანური რესურსები მართვის ერთეულში აჟამად დასაქმებული თანამშრომლების რაოდენობა და მათი განაწილება რანგების მიხედვით (კითხვარის სექცია 2, კითხვა 1)?

2) ასევე, გთხოვთ, მოგვაწოდოთ ინფორმაცია ადამიანური რესურსების ერთეულში ამჟამად არსებული სამუშაო პოზიციების რაოდენობის შესახებ და ამ პოზიციების განაწილება რანგების მიხედვით (კითხვარის სექცია 2, კითხვა 2).

3) კითვარის მე-5 სექციის კითხვა 1-ში თქვენ მიუთითეთ, რომ 2019 წელს ღია კონკურსისთვის გამოცხადდა 29 ვაკანსია. იმის გათვალისწინებით, რომ ამ კითხვამ სხვა სამინისტროებში გამოიწვია გაუგებრობა, გთხოვთ, დაგვიდასტუროთ, რომ 29 ნამდვილად არის ვაკანსიების რაოდენობა და არა ღია კონკურსების რაოდენობა, რომელიც 2019 წელს ჩატარდა (წარუმატებელი შერჩევის შემთხვევაში, ერთი და იგივე ვაკანსია შეიძლება რამდენიმეჯერ ყოფილიყო გატანილი ღია კონკურსზე).

რაც ეხება შეხვედრაზე განხილულ საჭიროებებს და პრიორიტეტებს ჩვენი პროექტის მხარდაჭერისთვის:

- მიმდინარე აქტივობის დასრულება - ტრენინგის საჭიროებების ანალიზი და სატრენინგო გეგმა 2020 – 2021 წლებისთვის

- 2020 – 2021 წწ. სატრენინგო გეგმაში შეტანილი ზოგიერთი აქტივობის ორგანიზებაში მხარდაჭერა

- მხარდაჭერა სამინისტროს თანამშრომელთა მოტივაციის და ჩართულობის გაზრდის მიზნით

ჩვენ გვაქვს კომუნიკაცია საჯარო სამსახურის ბიუროსთან, ასევე გვაქვს შიდა განხილვები იმის თაობაზე, თუ რაში შეგვეძლება დახმარების გაწევა..

We have just completed the round of interviews with HR managers in the priority ministries of our project. Let me thank you once again for the time you dedicated to us.

Now I am coming back to some of you with a few specific questions on the data provided, to complete the analysis. In your case, I have only the following requests:

1) Could you please clarify which is the total number of staff currently employed in the HRM Division, and the distribution of such staff by Rank? (Section II of the questionnaire, question no. 1)

2) Could you please provide the number of current job positions in the HRM Division, and the distribution of such positions by Rank? (Section II of the questionnaire, question no. 2)

3) In the Section V of the questionnaire, question no. 1, you answer that there were 29 vacancies offered for open competition in 2019. Given that there has been some confusion concerning this question in other ministries, i would appreciate confirmation from you that 29 is the number of vacancies, and not the number of open competitions organised along 2019 (one same vacancy may have been offered for open competition more than once, in case of unsuccessful selection).

Concerning the needs and priorities for support from our project discussed in our interview, including.:
- Completion of the current activity on TNA and training plan 2020 - 2021
- Support to organise some of the training activities included in the training plan 2020-2021
- Support to motivate and engage the Ministry's staff
