-        It would be interesting to enquire about existing international experience and best establish practices regarding the organization and operation of the entire system, when it comes to the State regulation of the labor migration – on policy level, legislation and implementation. Lessons learnt, useful recommendations etc…

-        Experience/recommendations for ensuring smooth and coordinated cooperation between the relevant department within the Ministry and National Employment Agency.

-        Necessary skills and major functions of the staff members, including desirable structure of both units (Dep.within the Ministry and NEA).

-        Description/experience/recommendations on the best implementation and management of the entire process/cycle of labour migration.

-        Best cooperation ways with the private employment companies, recommendations on conditions of licensing.
