Your Excellency, Dear Minister,

Dear Nicu,

I’ve been so much delighted to learn that you came back to Moldova and became the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration!

I’d like to extend my most sincere and whole-hearted congratulations, as well as to wish you further, even greater success in service of your beautiful country from this very important and responsible position!

Hope you still remember your Georgian friend, from our Brussels timesJ

I have recently finished my 5-years-long Ambassadorial term in Estonia and arrived to Tbilisi just 3 weeks ago.

As I’ve been asked and tasked, from the very next day of my arrival I joined the Ministry of IDPs, Labor, Healthcare and Social Protection, in capacity of Deputy Minister… mainly in charge of circular legal labor migration, being one of the priorities of the Georgian Government (main requirements for this job, as I understood, included EU background and negotiation skills). Therefore, I still continue my diplomatic job, though from the different ministry so farJ

Dear Nicu, all the best for now!

I’ve always been happy to hear about your achievements; and I will be truly glad to see you again one day.

Yet another time, wish you success!

Best Regards,

Tea
