Dear Mr. Gvaramia,

Please, find attached our expert opinion of the proposed amendments to the draft by your experts.

Briefly:

- we accept fully the proposed replacement of a word in Art. 11;

- we accept the meaning of the proposed change in Art. 15, para. 3 - with a proposed better wording;

- we can accept the proposed change in Art. 16, para. 3 with the correct meaning. From your proposal it sounds like the workers have no rights after the expiry of their labour contracts, but in reality, they should retain their rights arising from their work under this contract - e.g. their pension rights. So, please, find attached the correct wording that is acceptable for us. Alternatively, we can agree as a compromise on the initial text, without any additions.

In addition, it is VERY important that you answer asap to our questions in the comment regarding Art. 1, Para. 2, point 2!
