I’m sorry I missed you at the Lennart Meri Conference — I was in Tallinn only for a day and when I came back you had already returned home.

Raul Rebane told me how at a dinner you gave you talked about how important my trip to Georgia in 2008 was to you. Actually no one has really ever said anything about that. So it warmed my heart.

I hope to be in Tblisi at the John McCain Converence so perhaps we can get together then.
