As you are already aware the Euro Health Group Consultants Tim Clary and Sanja Matovic are working on development and/or update of the existing G-CCM governance documents to address changes for transition and possible expanded G-CCM role, as well as, to ensure compliance with changing GF policies. CCM Secretariat reviewed the Governance Manual developed in 2015 and made comments and additions based on the experience of CCM functioning to make document more aligned with existing reality.  In the attached file I would like to present the main changes/comments that we intend to provide to the consultants. Comments are presented per chapters of the G-CCM.

In case of your approval we will share the comments to the consultants for their consideration and for soliciting more additions if needed, before sharing with the CCM for their review and agreement as per our standard procedures.
