Dear Vice-minister Tamar Gabunia,

 

I would like to inform you that next week (14-19 October) the TA project manager and IDP expert Antoine Pogorzelski will be in Tbilisi. 

We are finalizing his agenda -  majority of meetings will be related to the Internally displaced persons (IDP) issues and we are closely cooperating on this issue with IDP sector of Ministry..

However, we would like to visit you and to discuss briefly on the development of our project. 

If you could meet us on Tuesday/Wednesday (from 16:00 or later) or on Friday (all day) we would appreciate it.
