Dear Minister,

Thank you very much for your message and your interest in cooperation with the Polish Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate.

I would like to ask if it would be by any chance possible to schedule a meeting – with you or members of your team – sometime this week (I will be available any day, except for Thursday afternoon)? It would be very helpful to me, as unfortunately for the most of December I will be out of Tbilisi.

My best regards,

Dear Ms. Jikia, thank you very much for your reply and forwarding my message to Mr. Kapanadze.

Dear Mr. Kapanadze,

As mentioned in my previous email, Polish Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate is interested in entering into cooperation with your agency. For that purpose, they would like to sign a memorandum of understanding – please find a draft proposal enclosed.

If you find such proposal cooperation potentially viable, I would be very grateful if we could arrange a meeting to discuss this, at your earliest convenience.

My best regards,

Dear Mr. Gniazdowski,

I would like to thank the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and Polish Embassy  for the willingness to cooperate with LEPL Drug Agency.

In connection with the announced reorganization LEPL Drug Agency merged with LEPL State Regulatio Agency for Medical Activities and due to downsizing, two of five GMP inspectors where fired, but still there are several inspectors left and it may be interesting for the new management to cooperate with the Polish Institutions.

I `m also fired, but I`m forwarding this email to the acting chief of the Agency who will contact you if he considers such cooperartion  interesting  and hope that a capacity building of the remaining units responsible for ensuring  medicines quality, safety and efficacy will remain a priority.

Best regards,

Tea Jikia

Dear Ms. Jikia,

I work in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, where I am responsible for sectoral cooperation.

I understand you have been contacted by your Polish counterpart institution –  Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate – which is interested in signing a cooperation agreement with the Georgia Drugs and Narcotics Agency. I would like to meet with you to present the Polish institution and discuss the potential cooperation with the GDNA.

Would you be available to schedule a meeting in this or next week?

My best regards,
