Dear Deputy Minister Tamar Gabunia,

Many thanks for our quick reply as well.

7th and 8th of October works very well. Please select any time between 10am to 1pm Georgia time on both days.

Do you allow me to send some points for the addenda prior via email? I thought about the following points: Example for ToRs for similar tasks, example for a Word Bank project similar to this that we have executed in 2013, example for a KfW funded project similar to this that we did in 2015, experiences in other similar projects with investments funds (e.g. with the Bill Gates initiated 1 Billion USD fund for emerging countries, formally Abraaj-Evercare, now TPG Evercare).

Looking forward to our call.

Best regards,
Henning Lensch

Dear Mr Lensch

Many thanks for your prompt reply. Much appreciated! How about October 7th or 8th any time in between 10 am to 5 pm Georgia time? If this would not work please suggest an alternative slot and I’ll do my best to reschedule. I’ll be sending the meeting link later once we have the time set.

Dear Deputy Minister Tamar Gabunia,

Many thanks for your message on behalf of Her Excellency Minster Ekaterine Tikaridze.

I am convinced that we can explore opportunities and methodologies for the desired strengthening of your state owned hospitals.

We will share our experience in similar approaches both on the Governmental and private investments side for comparable tasks.

Due to our work in this particular field, we believe that we can share recommendations / best practise and lessons learned.

For the conference call, please feel free to propose some timeslots that could fit into your schedule, I will make myself available.

Best regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Henning Lensch

Dear Henning Lensch

It is my privilege to approach you on behalf of the Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Her Excellency Minister Ekaterine Tikaridze kindly advised to contact you to explore opportunities for possible partnership in strengthening state owned hospitals, including planning for infrastructure, technologies as well as improving hospital management aimed at better efficiency and quality. Would be great to have a conference call at your convenience to discuss our needs and learn if you could offer some solutions to address those.

Many thanks for your attention to my e-mail in advance.

I will look forward to hearing from you.
