I am happy to learn you’ll take part in the conference in Vienna and I confirm our office will cover all travel expenses for that.

 

I also checked with organizers and it is OK to have two participants from Georgia.

 

Taking into consideration the importance of the topic for Georgia, we might try covering also expenses of the Director of Regulatory Agency.

If the ministry is interested in this, we’ll need the contact details of the second candidate, at the earliest convenience.

I hope all is well with you. I am writing regarding the upcoming conference in Vienna on pharmaceutical costs and pricing policies. I discussed with Madam Minister and would like to confirm that I will take part in the event from the Ministry. Our understanding is that WHO will be supporting attendance on one candidate. The Ministry is willing to finance participation of one additional candidate, the director of Regulatory Agency,  if the conference format allows participation of 2 candidates per country.
