Thank you very much.
We will include dosimetry equipment in the specification, as well as other accessories.
Can you please give us the model and software version of the verification system that is installed on the cobalt unit please?
I look forward to receiving the bunker sketch from you.

Dear Ms Debbie VAN DER MERWE
I am Radiation Oncologist, Head of Radiation Oncology Department from Georgia,Tbilisi, Universal Medical Center.
I was asked to answer your questions .
Sorry for late answer,I was waiting for plan of bunker you asked about. I still do not have it but I will try to answer other questions.
Years ago we had superficial X-ray machine in the department. It stopped functioning in 2005 due to technical problems which were impossible to solve. It was not X-strahl and it was only superficial.
Now in the Department, for external beam radiation therapy we have only Cobalt unit, no other machines. This machine was donated from IEAE in 2005. In 2015 Cobalt source was changed.
X strahl machine is good option for us now, because it is not very expensive and it is quit cost effective. In Georgia like other countries we have high amount of skin cancer patients, in addition to this there is high amount of palliation, bone metastasis, benign tumors...
Yes we need supporting accessories and table.
We have dosimetry equipment in the Department which we use for Cobalt unit and Brachy therapy machine.
We have verification system which we use for Cobalt machine ,I think we can use it for this machine also.
As soon as I receive electronic version of plan of bunker I will send it to you.
My best wishes
Nino Gorgadze
