Do you allow me to send some points for the addenda prior via email? I thought about the following points: Example for ToRs for similar tasks, example for a Word Bank project similar to this that we have executed in 2013, example for a KfW funded project similar to this that we did in 2015, experiences in other similar projects with investments funds (e.g. with the Bill Gates initiated 1 Billion USD fund for emerging countries, formally Abraaj-Evercare, now TPG Evercare).

I am convinced that we can explore opportunities and methodologies for the desired strengthening of your state owned hospitals.

We will share our experience in similar approaches both on the Governmental and private investments side for comparable tasks.

Due to our work in this particular field, we believe that we can share recommendations / best practise and lessons learned.
