Dear Keti and Lela,

As we discussed I am forwarding another option which proposes selective contracting and an increased capitation for urban PHC early adapters in addition to the motivational capitation for the priority services under Package A. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with DM Gabunia. We would then revise the PPT and narrative to put forward this proposal to the Council. If a meeting is not possible given the current situation and she would prefer to just let us know if this is acceptable to present to the Council, we will go ahead and revise the PPT and narrative accordingly. Otherwise, we look forward to discussing this option.

I am attaching the PPT for the Council, but we will revise this based on feedback on the proposed selective contracting/new capitation rate for urban PHC.

Thank you!

Allison
