• First round (2-3 minutes per panelist): Each panelist will reflect on his/her experience with the mentorship program (either directly or indirectly) and its influence on their work (e.g. changes in culture & attitude towards evidence use, & strengthened relationship with research institutions, new institutional products, programs, policies to support evidence) 
• Second round (2-3 minutes per panelist): Each panelist will respond to the following question: How can we re-imagine the relationships between research and policymaking institutions to strengthen and institutionalize evidence-informed policymaking for better health and social justice (with emphasis on the role the respective mentee institution can play in this process)?
