which will take place on Thursday 18 March from 13.00 to 15.00 Geneva time, is

We would kindly request that you share the materials within your country/economy/organisation/constituency as appropriate, as per the information I shared with you in relation to the BoardEffect platform earlier today.
In respect of Agenda Item 3, the latest COVAX supply forecasts are available here:
https://www.gavi.org/sites/default/files/covid/covax/COVAX%20Supply%20Forecast.pdf. We will share the most up-to-date picture during our meeting given the quickly evolving nature of the portfolio.
The pre-read materials are being translated into Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish and we hope to be able to share the translated materials with all participants by Wednesday 17 March.

As indicated in previous correspondence we will be using the
Zoom platform for the meeting.
Our “Guidelines for Meeting of COVAX Shareholders Council – March 2021” (attached) contain important information in relation to the following:
- Setting up the
Zoom application
- Setting up the interpretation
- Connecting to the meeting
- Taking part in
discussions during the meeting
Zoom application – it is recommended that participants join the meeting using a computer and
download the meeting application well in advance of the meeting so as to enable any potential technical issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
All participants will receive a Zoom webinar invitation via email which will contain a link to join the meeting. The invitation, which will normally be sent out on Monday 15 March, will
come from COVAX Shareholders Council Meeting (no-reply@zoom.us).
Please note that for the security of the meeting, links are individual and non-transferable.
