Per the request of the Ministry we have drafted the attached document outlining suggested working groups and a task calendar in preparation for a 1 June launch of proposed PHC reform. We have also articulated a vision for what we believe is feasible for 1 June for discussion and to ensure we are all on the same page.

 

This is a working document intended to facilitate our next discussion and subsequent activities. We hope a meeting can be arranged in the coming week to discuss next steps. The WHO CO, as well as our colleagues in Almaty and Barcelona look forward to working with you and your team to support this process.
