Dear Vanja,

From a Nomotechnical point of view, first of all, regarding with the draft MAR prepared by you, I want to tell you that due to its separate articles, it will be necessary to prepare amendments to other laws: In the Law "On Advertising", in the Law "On Licenses and Permits", in the Law "On License and Permit Fees", in the "Code of Administrative Offenses" (see comments on trackchanges) ... (as was the case with the draft law on organs).

Without these changes, the legislative package will not be complete and will not be considered by Parliament.

Aside from that, the legal technique of the draft law should be corrected and formalized with the requirements of the Law of Georgia "On Normative Acts". It is possible to do this in the Georgian version of the bill too. However, in some cases, the English version does not meet these requirements.

In addition, I am sending you my opinions on some articles of the MAR law, which I think are important for the development of the final draft of the MAR law and some of which you will probably have already gone through with Natia (please see the trackchanges and comments in the attached file).

With regards,
