We are emailing to remind you about the Speaker Briefing Session for Phase Three of the Sixth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research (HSR2020) 

The Speaker Briefing will take place on Wednesday 24 March at 6pm (GST) and will provide detailed instructions for your participation in your session on 31 March.

We encourage you attend the briefing live so that you can ask us any questions, however the session will be recorded so if you are unable to attend, a link to the recording will be emailed to all speakers shortly after the briefing.

The Speaker Briefing Session will be accessible via the Virtual Symposium Portal (your login details are below). The session appears under the date of the briefing.

Please note the time of the briefing is in Gulf Standard Time (GST) / time in Dubai. Check the time in your time zone here

Virtual Symposium Portal - Your Login Details

Before you login: We advise that you use the most up to date version of Google Chrome for the best user experience. If you do not have Google Chrome, you can use one of the following browsers but please ensure you have the most up to date version: Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. 

You will need to login to the Virtual Symposium Portal to access your session on 31 March and also to access the Speaker Briefing Session on 24 March. Click on the link below to access the Virtual Symposium Portal:

• Please do not share your log in, this is personal to you and all attendees require an individual log in.
• Please follow the instructions in the attached document for signing in and allowing access to your camera and microphone.
• When you are logged in, you will see the timings in your browser time zone. Click the Preview/Join button to access a session.
• The 'Back to Timeline' button on the top left hand side of the portal is your Home button and always brings you back to the programme. Do not use the back button in your browser.
• When viewing the presentation during a session as an attendee, to expand the view of the presentation slides, click on the arrow in the top right hand corner of the presentation screen.

If you have not previously accessed the Virtual Symposium Portal, we advise that you test your log in prior to the session.

If you experience any issues during the session, you can use the Live Support function in the portal. Our team will be there to assist you from 5pm (GST) on 24 March and from 2.30pm (GST) on 31 March. Please note that the Live Support is only open prior to and during briefing sessions and on the event days. If you have any questions outside of these times, please email us.
