Dear Irma, 

Thank you for the meeting today. As promised, please see the presentation attached to this email. I feel like we have broadly agreed on the list of deliverables, although if there is a specific type of deliverable you would like us to prioritize in the next stage, it will be possible to discuss that on Thursday. 

We would like to propose a meeting on Thursday at 6pm Tbilisi time. If this time would not work for you and deputy minister Gabunia, please let us know your availability and we'll adjust accordingly. 

We want to agree on the following at this meeting:
  • Content calendar and timing plan moving forward;
  • Ways of working on the campaign, which will include:
    • Single campaign manager (or a group) that would serve as the key contact point and campaign coordinator from your side;
    • Sign-off procedure
    • Sharing most up to date info on latest facts and information that you want to be communicated in a specific week/day.
  • Any gaps that might need to be addressed. 
We will invite Tom Noakes from the British Embassy to this meeting. Also, the next phase of the project will be managed by a different team from London and we will introduce the relevant Zinc Network staff. However, I will still keep an eye on this campaign and if you need to reach us quickly via phone, I am always available. 

By tomorrow morning, you will also receive the promised first batch of campaign assets as well.
