The provided Confidentiality Agreement is acceptable for the Ministry. All provisions remained unchanged, only MFA of Georgia was included as the signatory party together with the Ministry of Health, since the MFA is also engaged in the negotiations.

The signed CDA is enclosed to this e-mail and look forward to receiving the countersigned one in order to proceed with the next steps.

We are enclosing the format of CDA and Letter of Intent which you may go through and incorporate the information required from your side by your office. As discussed once we sign an LOI with the quantity which you are looking for 2021 and following years, it will help us to reserve the quantity once we have the EUA from our Indian authorities.
