I am sending you a draft of by-law "On requirements in terms of premises, personnel, medical and technical equipment and quality system for the performance of the activities of collection, procurement, testing, processing, preservation, storage and distribution of human tissues and cells", corrected by trackchanges in accordance with the legal technique (Numbering of articles, paragraphs, sub-paragraphs, titles of articles, cross-reference norms) and some of my legal opinions on some articles of the by-law (please see the trackchanges and comments in the attached file).

In a few days, I will send you the drafts of other by-laws (on inspections and on traceability and vigilance) corrected by trackchanges.
