Dear Nino,

please find attached the ToR for an ITC non-key expert for your comments and suggestions. The expert is supposed to provide technical advice on hardware and software requirements for the linking of the 3 information systems LMIMS/WorkNet, LMIS and EMIS.

The assignment falls under Component 5: Data Systems and Analysis, especially

Output 5.1: Improved integrity and compatibility of data and information systems for evidence-based policy making and implementation,
Output 5.2: Labour Market Information Management System (LMIMS) portal technically revised and upgraded, and
Output 5.4: Enhanced capacity of EMIS to support evidence-based education and training policy making

as outlined in the Inception Report of our project.

I also received Susanna’s paper and I think it is a very useful contribution to the proposed strategic workshop on institutional development of SESA.
