It was very nice to meet the Georgian Side today and I would like to thank you and your colleagues for the fruitful discussions.

As promised, I have herby attached the draft text of the Implementation Arrangement discussed during our VC today (I inserted some "cosmetic" adjustments- removed redundant spaces and unified the font).

We will review the text during the next few days and be in contact by Tuesday (08/09) in order to finalize it and send it for translation.

We look forward to receiving Addendum A from you on Friday.

We also hope to send you as soon as possible, the Hebrew version of the Framework Agreement.
