thank you for your feedback on the TNA questionnaires. We included your suggestions and sent the files to Peter Woods, our training expert, who also commented on them. We will make the final adjustments now and get them translated so they can be distributed to the participants.


Ana and I, together with Susanna, are currently drafting the curriculum for the 2 training days. For that purpose we should know the contents of the induction training on the 1st day, for the sake of consistency and also to avoid overlapping or training contents. We would also need the job descriptions of the 4 types of positions to customise the training to the job requirements as precisely as possible.
