Greetings! Hope everything is well with you.

 

Last week we have received the financial report (FACE form) from your organization showing very low utilization rate.

Unfortunately it was not accompanied by narrative report that would provide information on the activities accomplished.

As you know, the grant agreement with your organization ends on 30 December 2020. There is no possibility for the extension of the agreement as donor grant expires also at the end of December 2020, which means that funds should be fully utilized till the end of 2020.

In order to avoid underspending of the donor grant, we would like to get an accurate information from your organization on the following issues:

1. Activities accomplished till now
2. Activities planned to be accomplished by the end of the grant agreement and activities that could not be possible to accomplish with explanations of the reasons (these two aspects will be included in the narrative report)
3. Budget spent (probably, we can use the FACE form provided)
4. Funds that you are planning to utilize till the end of the project (actually it should be spent by the end of November 2020) and amount of the left over funds (funds that you cannot spend).

Based on the above information we need to make joint decision on how to proceed further with the program.

Please note, that this information is required very soon (by Wednesday COB), so we would have opportunity to utilize the left over funds before the expiration date.
