hoping my email finds you well. I am comming back to a previous communication regarding the activation of the Technical working group for the transposition of OSH Directives. Taking into account the current schedule of the training to be delivered online and a "free ZOOM line available for online meeting" as well as the availability of experts to be involved in the preparation and presentation I would like to propose the date 26 February for the meeting with the TWG .

Furthermore, I would like to clarify:

• ​has the current working group institutionally been established by  a Decree of the Government of Georgia No.258 , from 7 October, 2013 -  the Statute of the Tripartite Commission  for Social partnership, Article 7 Working groups?
  
• has this TWG a statute or it has been established by some other norm
• The Term of reference requires the following:
• the current institutional cooperation settings will be reviewed and shortcomings will be analysed and discussed with the current members of the Technical Work Group. We have the latest updated list of the TWG members as of September, 2020, but maybe it will be again updated due to a lately hired staff with strong legal background at the former LCID.
• a similar process  will be done for the current members of the Coordination Group as well with the aim to ensure that inclusive, evidence-based policy and legislative development enables the achievement of intended policy objectives​ ( I would propose not touching this issue now, it can be separately discussed between Branislav Ondrus and Deputy Minister)
  
• The proposal of the inter-institutional cooperation will be supported by the set of documents covering: description of the structure, clear mandate of the working group member, nomination of the working group member, description of the responsibilities, functions, professional requirements, guideline establishing clear relations and forms of cooperation This should be done by the project and we are ready to discuss and develop the requested issues.

1) Welcome and Introduction - both PL

2) Current institutional functioning of the Technical working group - representative of the beneficiary

3) The role of the TWG  in transposition of OSH Directives - experience, models  and lessons learned from other MS. Proposal for Capacity building of the TWG. ( representative of the twinning, project leader Mr Branislav Ondrus, Mr Jose Ignacio M. Fernandez)

4) Draft of the transposition of the OSH Directives for the period of March 2021 - March 2022
