Further to my email of 20 July, I have now seen the revised agenda, provided yesterday evening by Lali Galumashvili, following its translation into English. I confirm that, from the information provided, the aims of the event now appear to conform much more closely with the communications and visibility objectives of our project, a precondition for use of our project’s incidental expenditures budget in connection with the event.

I therefore propose that we should have a further online meeting as early as possible next week for a more detailed discussion on how we should cooperate in the organization of the event. To be sure that all relevant issues are discussed and agreed, the meeting should be scheduled at a time that also suits Tatia Khubulava, who handles PR and  communications for our project as well as Lali who handles your PR.

To ensure that the event is approved on time, all details have to be agreed before the end of next week, including joint agreement on the final agenda, a list of invited participants, venue and budget.

I should be grateful for an indication of possible time slots early next week that would suit you.
