Subject: SDG FUND JP "Transforming social protection for PwD" budget modification

 

Dear Steering Committee members,

 

I am approaching you on the SDG Fund Joint Program “Transforming social protection system for PwD” project, led by UNICEF, requesting your approval by email on budget modification.

PUNOs has been agreed on new budget and activities [detailed description is provided, see attached excel file]. The changes were caused by COVID -19 – first, redirecting the costs on to mitigate the pandemic and secondly, Covid-19 made difficult to follow the initial project activities – travel, international consultants involvement, trainings, field clinics availability for piloting the project, etc.

PUNOs modified the budget and re-allocated sums for transfer of grants to counterparts involved in project. Needless to say that overall budget remains same and modification is 21%.

 

By the rules and regulations SC is decision making body to approve the new budget. Please, send your decision by email.
