Dear Elza,

Thank you for sharing us all the information.

I want to inform you that some of the issues are already developed by Ilo through the LIMS program- Labor Inspection Management System), which is developing in our organization with the support of ILO, includes a complete mechanism for managing the inspection business process, starting directly from the planning of inspections, by gaining informations about companies or other important issues, to the performance evaluation mechanism. This program combines individual work planning for inspectors and monitoring their performance as well.

About the trainings in the construction sector. The training course modules are currently designing within the framework of the Twinning project and also with Danida project too.

That’s why we think to organize one general meeting with you and other involved project in order to discuss technical details of the training modules, especially in construction.

The meeting date will planned at the end of August.

We will get back to you in order to plan our general meeting.

როგორც ვისაუბრეთ დღეს, დამატებითი კითხვების და დაზუსტების შემთხვევაში უკუკავშირზე, მოგმართავთ თხოვნით კიდევ ერთ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით, უფრო ნათელი რომ იყოს მიმდინარე აქტივობები, გთხოვთ დაზუსტებას შსო- სთან - Danida -ს პროექტის ფარგლებში ავითარებს თუ არა მუშაობის ელექტრონულად შეფასების/ გაზომვის, მონიტორინგისა და მართვის სისტემას შრომის ინსპექტორებისა და ინსპექციის ხელმძღვანელობისათვის. ეს სისტემა არის სრულიად განცალკევებული მენეჯმენტის ელექტრონული სისტემისაგან და მისი ძირითადი ფუნქცია და მიზანი არის შრომის ინსპექტორისა და ინსპექციის მუშაობის მონიტორინგი.

კიდევ ერთხელ მოვიყვან IMPAQ Int -ის მიერ დასმული კონკრეტული კითხვიდან ციტირებას :

Is the ILO developing an electronic performance measurement, monitoring, and management system for labor inspectors and inspectorate authorities as part of their project? This system would not be intended to track inspection cases, labor violations identified, or anything related. It would be separate from any electronic case management system. It would be intended to track inspector and inspectorate performance.

დამატებით ასევე მინდა გთხოვოთ შსო-ს და GIZ ის მიერ სამშენებლო სექტორში განხორციელებული ტრენინგების მოდულის შესახებ ინფორმაცია.

ჩვენი IMPAQ Int - ის გუნდი მიესალმება ნაყოფიერ თანამშრომლობას სამინისტროსთან და იმედს გამოთქვამს, რომ SGLLE პროექტის ფარგლებში განხორციელებული აქტივობები ეფექტიანი იქნება საქართველოს შრომის ინსპექციის აღსრულების მექანიზმის გაძლიერებისათვის.
