Dear Nino ,

Many thanks for the updates and questions. We are closely monitoring the ministry ‘s website reporting on the number of beneficiaries.

Regarding the actual clarification on indicators you asked, please see below:

Indicator 3 (PDO): The a value would still be equal to baseline of 36% as the source of this indicator the Households Income and Expenditure Survey data 2018. As soon as the 2019 data are available we will update the indicator. The baseline value was estimated based on population weights and the consumption aggregate as agreed by WB Poverty and GEOSTAT. Households are ranked by aggregate monthly consumption net of social assistance transfers received. The bottom quintile (20%) of the population is then selected as the reference group. Among those people in the poorest quintile we compute the share who declare in the HIES 2018 receiving TSA and child allowances, hence  including those with score less than 100,000.

Indicators 8-9-10-12: their actual value is zero as the project had not yet disbursed and covered any beneficiary.

Indicator 8: you are correct , the definition will be updated to “registered households in database with a score between 65 000 – 100 001 and households with a score less than 100001 with 3 or more children”.

Indicator 10:  The indicator measures only the coverage of extreme poor households with score less than 65,000. It does not include households with score between 65,000 and 100,000 who only receive the child allowance.

We hope this clarifies. Please let us know if you have further questions,

Maddalena
