როგორც ვიცი სატელეფონო საუბარი გქონდათ იონისთან ქვემოთ მოცემულ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით.

 

პირველ რიგში მინდა მადლობა გადაგიხადოთ ჩვენს მიერ წამოჭრილი საკითხის დაინტერესებისთვის,

ჩვენთვის ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია თქვენი ჩართულობა და მხარდაჭერა.

 

როგორც იონიმ მოგაწოდათ ინფორმაცია ჩვენ ვახორციელებთ ისრაელის ავიახაზების უსაფრთხოებას თბილისის, ბათუმის და ბაქოს აეროპორტებში.

შექმნილი სიტუაციიდან გამომდინარე რაც უკავშირდება Covid-19 გავრცელებას, სამწუხაროდ ამ ეტაპზე ბათუმისა და ბაქოს აეროპორტებში არ ხორციელდება ისრაელის ავიახაზების ფრენები. სამწუხაროდ თბილისის მიმართულებითაც რეისების რაოდენობა შეზღუდულია.

ამ მიზეზით მოგვიწია 16 თანამშრომლის გათავისუფლება და ამ ეტაპზე ჩვენი სათაო ოფისის გადაწყვეტილებით ვინარჩუნებთ 30 თანამშრომელს.

 

ჩვენი საქართველოში ოპერირება ფინანსდება ისრაელიდან და გადაწყვეტილება თანამშრომლების რაოდენობის შემცირებასთან დაკავშირებით ასევე ისრაელის მხარე იღებს.

იმის გათვალისწინებით, რომ თანამშრომლების უკან დგას მათი ოჯახები და მათ დიდ ნაწილს აქვს საბანკო ვალდებულებები, ჩვენ ჩვენი მხრიდან მაქსიმალურად ვცდილობთ შევუქმნათ სამუშაო გარემო და გავლენა მოვახდინოთ სათავო ოფისის გადაწყვეილებაზე.

იმისთვის რომ მოვახერხოთ ამ ეტაპზე არსებული 30 თანამშრომლის შენარჩუნება დაგვჭირდება თქვენი დახმარება;

 

• არსებობს შესაძლებლობა რომ ჩვენი არსებული კადრები გავგზავნოთ სხვა ქვეყნებში მივლინების მიზნით და ამით მოვახერხოთ აქტივობის აღდგენა და თანამშრომლების შენარჩუნება;
• მივლინებისთვის მოხდება მხოლოდ მწვანე კორიდორის ქვეყნების შერჩევა;
• მივლინება გასტანს 3-4 დღეს და თანამშრომლების რაოდენობა თითო მივლინებაში იქნება 4-5 ადამიანი;
• მივლინების დასრულების შემდეგ, კარანტინის გარეშე მოახდინონ საქართველოში დაბრუნება;

Dear Ms. Barkalaia,

I hope this email finds you well.

 

My name is Yoni Mordechay, I’m the representative of Israeli airlines in Georgia & Azerbaijan, and in charge on security.

I received your email address from the Israeli ambassador to Georgia, Mr. Ran Gidor.

 

Our activity in Georgia was established in officially on 2017, since then we’ve been hiring local Georgian employees.

Our employees are doing great job! They are educated, skilled, motivated and eager to work.

Before the Co-Vid crisis began, we were the employer of 50 employees, with intentions to grow up to 60 employees, from Tbilisi and Batumi.

Due the significant influence of the Co-Vid 19 virus on the aviation field, we had to fire around 30% of our manpower.

Still, our station in Tbilisi left with relatively strong core, in assumption that the country is expected to renew air traffic with Israel on early stage.

 

Unfortunately, as time moved on, the air traffic between the countries was not officially renewed, for clear reasons.  

As for now, our employees are concerned about their future, as they feel at risk, from another manpower changes that can be imposed by our main office.

Our dedicated employees have families, they are precious to us, and we will do everything possible in order to keep hiring them.

 

I would like to coordinate a short meeting with you, in order to discuss few possible ways, that will allow as to preserve our precious employees.

This is also a long term importance issue, in order that we will be able to operate flights in the future, when air traffic between the countries will renew.
