Please find attached the draft POM with pending comments on our side and additional edits. As requested I had deleted the comments that have been addressed and left the ones that requires attention.
The POM still lacks important details on the disbursement of cash transfers under component 2, description of eligibility determination, verification and reconciliation processes, and the evidence PIU will need to clear the payments, including
drawing on the current practice of disbursing unemployment benefits and one-off benefits.
As discussed in our last meeting we are available to meet to clarify aspects and help finalize the POM.
