Please find the quarterly report which covers  period from July through September, along with the Procurement and Works plans of the project.

You will see in the project WP that some activities we are not certain about, are not marked. The WP is tentative, but still needs your review and approval.

As for the procurement plan, the main sheet for your consideration is the first one “Total”.

In addition, to follow up the POM and our communication on the Monthly reports, as we worked on the quarterly report, it seems that we cover the same period during two weeks in the Monthly report, since the date is 15.  What would you suggest?

It would be more useful for you and the PIU to cover the full month. Ideally it would be the end of each month. Please advise. In addition, please clarify, would you expect to receive individual monthly reports or general from the PIU? Both is acceptable.

I promised the inception report as well, however it still covers activities from the Quarterly report, hence  we would need some time to elaborate a little bit and get back to you with the brief one.

Your questions/comments on the enclosed documents are most welcome.

Many thanks for reminding.

As far as we no longer need too much efforts on the project dated covenants and other documents, I think we can manage to keep reporting on track.

October 15 is fine.  Hence you will receive:

-          Inception report, along with the project work plan. These documents were developed in June - July 2020. However we need to review them again, before sharing.

-          Quarterly report (Q3 - July, August, September)

-          Monthly report (September – 15, October 15)

In addition since we have to update PDO indicators every 6 months, and we updated them in July 2020, I want to make sure that  you expect it from our side in December, 2020.

Dear Nino,

I would like to remind you about two tasks for your attention.

·         Monthly report of tasks performed, and deliverables achieved, including Monthly budget and work plans for the forthcoming month, to be submitted on the 15th of each month; 

·         The PIU Quarterly interim reports

Would it be possible for the PIU to submit at least the Quarterly report by October 15?
