Dear Deputy Minister Barkalaia, Thank you for the confirmation. With this, I want to bring to your attention the signatures on the EPIC application document - yesterday Ms Lela Akiashvili raised concerns with us that she did not expect her signature to be on the commitments document. It was unclear to her at what point her name was added as a signatory. It the Ministry would like her to be a co-signatory, she can be requested and she should get the appropriate clearance for this. In this case, for tomorrow’s signing ceremony, she may be present as a supporter but will not sign. Depending on the final decision, when we submit the signed document to EPIC secretariat, she can be added if required. For now we will proceed only with your signature. All the best, Nani -----Original Message----- From: Tamar Barkalaia Sent: Thursday, September 17, 2020 11:36 AM To: Nani Bendeliani Cc: Lika Klimiashvili ; Mehjabeen Alarakhia Subject: Re: EPIC Panel discussion questions - MOH Dear Nani, Thank you for provided information. I have no objection ti the proposed questions. As for the language of discussion, either Georgian or English are fine with me. I will leave it to other panelists to state their preference. Looking forward to tomorrow. As you can see in the attached document, we propose three questions, but two questions are picked by panel members. One question may remain as optional (in case the time is left to ask it), or can be eliminated entirely. We propose that the last question remains, because it is essential to transition the discussion to other speakers. > > I would like to kindly ask you to inform us whether these questions are acceptable, or you would like to re-shape the discussion and change the questions.
