Dear Mr. Bunturi
We have reviewed the documents sent by the Georgian Side (short info on Medical examinations and tests for job seekers and Form N100) attached to your
e-mail below.
After conducting such review as well as, internal consultations, our position is that all foreign workers arriving for temporary legal employment in Israel
should follow the same medical examination procedure prior their arrival. This position was reached
inter alia, in light of objectives related to the workers' health insurance policy.
In addition, auxiliary workers are intended to work with vulnerable people and hence, it is highly important that they undergo a thorough medical examination
in accordance with an Israeli approved form prior their arrival.
In light of the above, it is important that the medical examinations for the applicants be carried out in accordance with the Israeli medical form.
We can elaborate on this issue during our upcoming VC on Wednesday but I wanted to share with you our current position prior the VC.
Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
Kind regards
Rachel Oberman, Adv.
