Dear Mr. Bunturi

We have reviewed the documents sent by the Georgian Side (short info on Medical examinations and tests for job seekers and Form N100) attached to your e-mail below.

After conducting such review as well as, internal consultations, our position is that all foreign workers arriving for temporary legal employment in Israel should follow the same medical examination procedure prior their arrival. This position was reached inter alia, in light of objectives related to the workers' health insurance policy.

In addition, auxiliary workers are intended to work with vulnerable people and hence, it is highly important that they undergo a thorough medical examination in accordance with an Israeli approved form prior their arrival.

In light of the above, it is important that the medical examinations for the applicants be carried out in accordance with the Israeli medical form.

We can elaborate on this issue during our upcoming VC on Wednesday but I wanted to share with you our current position prior the VC.

Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday.

Kind regards

Rachel Oberman, Adv.

Dear Mr. Bunturi,

As per our agreement during the VC held today, I have attached to this e-mail:

1.      The draft Framework Agreement- this is the same draft sent to you yesterday (no changes) with today's date- we must finalize this document via e-mails by Thursday so that both sides can send it to translation and prepare it for signature.

2.      The draft Implementation Protocol discussed today in which, there are two open issues:

a.      Medical examination form- we look forward to receiving your 100 form and finalizing this issue in a separate discussion.

b.      The paragraph regarding change of employers which is pending our MOL's approval.

Beside these two issues, I suggest that each Side re-reads the text again in order to finalize the text during our next meeting to be held on September 2nd.

3.      Draft of Addendum A- please complete the sums and your local currency.

4.      Tentative chart of deductions- this chart will be attached to the SEC as an Annex. Please note that this is only a draft subject to modifications and once the SEC and this document are finalized, we could send them to you.

Let's be in touch on Thursday in order to finalize the Framework Agreement.

Kind regards,

Rachel
