As per request from TTLs, first,  we are sharing with you the final version of POM, for review.

In addition, please find enclosed the recent amendment “on approval of the plan of the actions performed and to be carried out by the Ministry, in response to the undertaken obligations to ensure the proper protection of personal data within the framework of the Emergency COVID-19 Response Project financed by the World Bank (WB IBRD 9113- GE) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB L0388A), and in connection with the Recommendations of the insecurity of personal data on the Effectiveness of Livelihood Management Information Systems for Socially Vulnerable Families developed by the State Audit Office 2018”, meaning that the internal audit department of the Ministry, will check the project activities related to the data security and cash transfers in 2020.

As soon as you accept the POM, it will be circulated with the WB and AIIB team.

In addition, the Order on data covenants was approved recently. Will be shared with the team along with these documents.

Please note, that the draft of Global budget reimbursement manual will be shared with you within two working days.
