Dear Meri,

Thank you for your effective collaboration within the framework of adolescents’ hotline project. We are happy that you have managed to contract the service provider -Mental Health and Addiction Prevention Center, for undertaking the psychosocial support (consultation and therapy) for adolescents. Hope, that the planned activities are going well.

Let me inform, that according to UNICEF’s regulations, we need to undertake a monitoring visit to your organization to assess the implementation status of the project activities as well as funds utilization.

Our team, composing of me and program associate, is planning to undertake the monitoring visit to your contractor organization on Monday, November 25th, at 11 AM. We will conduct the assessment according to the predeveloped check-list on the topics mentioned above. During the visit, we would like to also get your and your partner’s insight whether your will fully utilize the balance fund in an amount of 49,115 Gel or not. As you know, this grant expires at the end of 2020 and there is no possibility to further extend the project.

Could you please provide the name of the contact person with whom we would meet and get the requested information?

We would also appreciate if the representative from your agency could accompany us during the monitoring visit.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Nana Pruidze
