Dear Ms Barkalaia,
Congratulations on the draft labour code and law on Inspectorate’s mandate having passed the 2nd reading. I would like to kindly ask you to get us the version of these documents, which were passed at the Parliament asap, so we
could assess the final version with the support of the twinning project. We are particularly interested in final wording on the mandate of the inspectorate and some provisions regarding working hours – probably those of you who were in touch with my colleagues
during the last two weeks are even better aware what I mean (as I just came back from leave and I am tuning in all the developments that happened).
