We would like to invite you to the first workshop on Georgia’s new SME Development Strategy 2021-2025, scheduled on 23 September 2020 at 9.30-11.30 (Paris time) / 11.30-13.30 (Tbilisi time). Please find enclosed the draft agenda, and register here to attend the meeting via Zoom.

The project will help identifying priority actions and setting key performance indicators for the new SME Development Strategy through regular meetings of a public-private working group. It will also provide methodological guidance to carry out the costing of the first Action Plan. This first workshop will discuss possible priorities for Georgia’s new SME Development Strategy, reflecting on the lessons learned from the previous strategy and the findings of the latest SME Policy Index.

The project is carried out as part of the EU4Business initiative, in co-operation with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the European Union and GIZ Georgia.
