activity planning is usually preceded by detailed work analyses. Since we do not have such work analyses, we have to work with estimates.
In the attached presentation I have made estimates of the actual human resources available. As a result, I calculated how often end-2-end service processes can be carried out.
I suggest that we
1. check the Excel calculation sheet together and
2. Discuss with the employees the time required per process activity according to the New Service Model.
We can then make a more precise calculation for Action Plan 2021 in relation to the core processes.
