Please see attached the minor comments on the final ToR for the SW TWG and the draft agenda for the further review. As discussed during the online meeting early this week, we have already started the inter-governmental preparation process and ready to keep up the timeline defined in the attached ToR.

Also, I do confirm our availability for the joint call by the end of November.

Subject: ToR of SW TWG, draft agenda

Dear colleagues,
 We had very productive consultations during last days. Thank you to your improvements of the very initial draft of ToR of the SW TWG. The result is a consolidated final version of ToR, attached. This shall be a guiding document which allows to MoH and CZ to fulfil roles of co-chairs of the TWG.

I would like share the ToR with all relevant development partners today. Magda will consequently start mapping/collecting exercise in order to collect and link donor´s strategic goals with national SDG targets of Georgia. Coordination on GoG side already started as I see. Our timeline is tight but realistic.

In frame of our consultations has shaped the agenda of the TWG meeting which shall be subject of discussion within this closer format:

Draft agenda:
1. Welcome words: probably UN RC (moderation?)        
2. AoG/DCU presentation about development partner/GoG coordination (update is necessary, we have many newcomers in donor community, plans for 2021 ...)

A new point is one additional preparatory call in that core format (CZ/MoH/UNRC/AoG) at the end of November just after both preparatory meetings. Finally, I am adding Catalin to our e.mail communication due to transparency. As you know we have closer coordination in frame of EU+ format.
