Dear Mr. Bunturi,

We are happy to comply with your request to share our information about communication in Germany with yours.

The press release of the German Federal Employment Agency is currently being coordinated in-house. As soon as it is online, I will send you a signal. We will also be happy to provide you with more information tomorrow.

In preparation for tomorrow's meeting, in addition to the seasonal workers, I would like to ask you about the possibility of or interest in recruiting Georgian care trainees for the Bavarian Red Cross. We had also written to you about this in advance.

I will gladly pass on some information after a first meeting with the Bavarian Red Cross last week:

- Bavarian Red Cross is in preliminary talks with the local education provider, good contact on site

- Why from Georgia: only 3 hours flight away, different from Latin America

- has local education provider/contact person, "EDEC"= Education Development and Employment Centre"- Kutaisi region, training and education centre on site for youth after school.

- Looking for young people over 18 years old who dare to go abroad - to Germany - for vocational training- Cooperation with the local Georgian PES, financial support may also be possible.

- Against the background of circular migration

- Enable school leavers this year (September 2021) to start in the care sector with internship/qualification measure

- Planned to build up German language skills through language school (9 months planned for B1-B2) - partial assurance from local employment office on funding (A1-A2)

- At best, start an apprenticeship (vocational Training for 3 years)  in Germany in September 2022

- Test balloon approx. 15 persons planned in the first year

Are you already aware of this Cooperation with the local Georgian PES?

Would you like to coordinate with the local Georgian PES beforehand?

We are looking forward to our meeting tomorrow.

Best regards,

Mrs. Stefanie Kulla

Dear Ms. Kulla,

As I wrote in the previous e-mail, yesterday we launched a large-scale information campaign, which of course also includes informing the press. The mentioned opportunity was already covered on TV yesterday. Information about the possibility of employment for seasonal work in Germany was already covered on television yesterday in various news programs.

From February 15, we will start registering applicants. At the same time, an information campaign will be continued to inform the population about this opportunity (through television, social networks and other information sources). Relevant information links will be shared with you later.

I would also like to ask you to share information about your information campaign.

In addition, all issues can also be discussed in the online meeting scheduled for February 16th.

Best Regards,

Giorgi Bunturi

Dear Ms. Barkalaia,

We hope you are doing well and thank you equally for the valuable information.

We would be very pleased if you could give us a short signal when you start your communication campaign (probably on 11.02.21). We would then want to communicate in parallel in Germany.

In addition, we should be aware of the current entry restrictions and inform each other. Everything else we would collect for our joint planned exchange on 16.02..

Dear Ms. Veltauri, dear Mr. Bunturi and Mr. Gabedava,

how are you ? Hopefully the restrictions for you could have been eased in the meanwhile.

I need to get in touch with you because we already received the first job offers from German farms in Brandenburg for Georgian seasonal workers including a request for the upcoming asparagus harvest, which we would like to send over to you now via our exchange platform.

So please let us know, if you could already start with the planned information campaign as this is now an essential part for the initiation of job placements in Germany.

If there are any questions regarding the posted job offers, please get in touch Ms. Jasper directly.

We expect to receive further job offers within the next week so many thanks for your reply beforehand.

With kind regards

Mrs. Stefanie Kulla
