Please see the attached documents:

 

1.      Draft Standard Employment Contract for auxiliary workers.

2.      Annex A- an example of a health insurance policy. Please note that this is only an example. The final determinative version of the policy may be subject to changes by the insurance company.

3.      Annex B- table of obligatory and permitted deductions.

 

In addition, I hope to send the Georgian Side by tomorrow the Hebrew version of the Agreement in which Georgia appears first in the title, preamble and signature clauses (I am in touch with Ms. Christina Tamoeva from International law Department of the MFA of Georgia regarding this issue).
