The quarantine facilities are hotels which is not predetermined, the tourism agency will ensure transportation of the applicants from border to available quarantine hotels. You can cross with your car which you will leave on border parking until your quarantine days are over.

Good day,

Thanks for your response.

As far as I understood the date of entry changed to 10.09.2020, am I right?

I want to clarify one few more things.

1. Who is choosing accommodation(quarantine facility) for 12 days? Which type of quarantine facility is it - hotel or clinic? if it is possible Please let me know the name
2. After crossing the border how I need to reach the destination (quarantine facility) by myself?
3. May I enter the country with my car?

Kind regards,
Shahsuvar HAJIZADA

Dear Shahsuvar HAJIZADA,

The point of entry is Tsiteli khidi (Azerbaijan Border), the quarantine facilities are determined by the relevant authorities, you cannot spend it in your apartment. Approximate price for PCR testing is 250 GEL, and for quarantine - around 50$ per night. You do not need a test to be done before crossing the border.
The mail confirmation is considered to be permission which is granted from the ministry. Your date of entry can be changed to 10.09.2020.

18.08.2020 23:08, Shahsuvar Hajizada C01944544:

Dear Ministry administration,

Thanks for the confirmation about my request.
I have a few questions which I want to clarify. I would be glad if you answer followings:

1.     The point of entry is Tsiteli khidi (Azerbaijan Border), right?

Condition of entry:

- SARS-CoV-2 PCR diagnostic method
- 12-day quarantine, followed by obligatory PCR testing upon the completion of quarantine

I have my flat in the address of S. Kandelaki 57 in Tbilisi.

2.May I spend a 12-days quarantine in my flat not at the designated hotel in Georgia?

3. What about PCR testing, how many times do I need to make PCR testing?

4. Before coming to Georgian, do I need provide Covid19 test result?

- Responsibility to cover all expenses related to quarantine and diagnostics.
5. Is there any official price list in which I can check and calculate expenses?

- In case of a significant change of entry date (2 days) the traveler is obliged to notify the permit issuer through this email and provide new date of entry

6. I would be glad if you change the date of entry from 20.08.2020 to 10.09.2020.

7. May I travel to Georgian in my car?

8. Is there any official paper that you can provide me that is showing I got permission from your side? Because Azerbaijan's side is asking such a document while crossing the border.  The Scan version is also acceptable.

Thank you in advance and looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Kind regards,
Shahsuvar HAJIZADA
