Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to attach to this email a near-final version of a study on Illicit Financial Flows and Asset Recovery in Georgia.  The study has been an intensive undertaking and many experts have been involved. Nevertheless, as with all reports, there may have been something we have missed or, by reason of more recent legislation (say, in late 2020 or early 2021), which should be added.

In light of this, our office would be most grateful if you could review the attached report, and provide us with any specific (e.g., track-changed) feedback and/or adjustments that would make the report more beneficial and impactful when published – we are hoping to publish the report within the coming 60 days.  Accordingly, we would be grateful for your kind and much-valued feedback no later than 28 February 2021

Please note that the report will undergo graphic design, and once any feedback is received and incorporated (from national and international counterparts), the report will also be translated into Georgian.

Thank you in advance for your valuable inputs and feedback.

Kindest regards.

James Shaw
