I have created a presentation for you, which shows important management fields, to which management processes belong. This presentation is a teaser, i.e. the list of management fields with their processes is not complete and comprehensive. 

The purpose of the presentation is to discuss with you to what extent SESA and its staff should be developed. All management areas mentioned require competent human resources, time for development, mostly software solutions are needed, processes and other tools.  

All management areas described are managed by a mature organization, such as the German Federal Employment Agency. 

Part 3 of the Presentation about BPM will cover the topic of Supporting Processes. Coming soon...
